If you can paint you can redo your roof.
I searched for awhile to find a good roofing product. This seemed the best and I’m glad I bought it. Went on easy and spread out nicely. I followed the instructions and had no problems. It does dry fast so if you have drips or splashing as your painting hit them with the roller quickly. Very nice product. The service rep. Patric was a great help on my questions..

Difficult to apply, won't stick to surfaces
At $100/gallon, I had reasonably high expectations. I bought three gallons to cover the roof of my RV. I followed what little cleaning instructions I could find. I waited for a day to match the weather conditions needed and spent hours applying it over 2 days.As quickly as I could get it onto the roof for the initial coat, it would start to peel back up, even though I tried to keep working the wet edge. When overlapping the previous spot to ensure good coverage, the coating applied just seconds before would start to peel up. If it was within a minute, it would surely stick to the roller brush, even working with a heavily flooded roller. As many have said, the first coat does not look good when you're done. The second, thicker coating is really where it starts looking good.Applying the second coat, I had portions completely peel up so I had to really spend time repairing that spot of the sealer.I have expectations of this peeling off the roof in sections as I drive down the highway. There are a number of edges where it is already peeling up, just sitting in my driveway.I think it could be a good product and that A) my surface prep did not remove everything it should have but short of using acetone on the EPDM, it was clean and dry B) my roof may have been too far gone for any product to stick well to it. But those are just theories.Regardless, I will not be buying this product in the future. It peels off of everything (non-porous), sticks to very little except my concrete driveway (reasonably porous). Those spots seem like they will be there for forever. It's very satisfying to peel it off the unlined paint tray and roller frame I thought I was going to have to throw away. So there's that.

Good Product
Easy to apply. Adheres well. I applied it to the roof of a micro camper built out of wood about a year ago. It's holding up well, however it's kept indoors, thus the reason I gave it 3 stars for durability. In other words, I don't know how it holds up when exposed to all the weather elements for an extended period of time.
