Very good beans, no broken jars
Unlike other reviews, my jars arrived intact but I think I was lucky; the 6 jars were on a cardboard tray with plastic around, covered in bubble wrap but there was nothing protecting the jars from banging into each other and smashing if delivery was a little rough. Hopefully future deliveries will be okay as I could not find them in a physical shop. The beans themselves are good. It’s great to find a low carb bean with a decent amount of fibre. I’ve used them in a chili con carne and blended into a soup. I’d buy them again.

This are disgusting - don’t buy until they improve the recipe.
These are disgusting, I love lupin beans and I buy them in supermarkets when I go to Spain. I thought to buy this as the looked good on the picture and also the stated they are organic so that was a plus. They arrived today, and opened a jar I thought they where off. I opened another jar and the tasted really bad and the were very soft so I ended up throwing all away. What a waste. The manufactures should check this. Thanks amazon for the money back.

Good product
I can't understand the negative reviews. They are the perfect consitency, not too soft, not too hard. Great protein source, taste is good, I found them to work well in tomato sauce.

The most disgusting thing ever
I should have read the reviews before buying. These are mushy, over-cooked and not the lupini you would expect, which are (normally) crispy and salty. These are absolutely revolting. I wish I could give this a zero star

A great low carb white bean substitute
Great to have beans in a jar and these lupin beans are much lower in carbohydrates than other beans, so are ideal for low carb diets and can be substituted in any white bean recipe. For some recipes it is better to quickly remove the skins as with broad beans.
