Great product.
Never had an ant problem anywhere I've lived until last month. I was in the master bathroom and noticed dozens of small black ants surrounding the drain in the tub. I wiped them out then sprayed. No leaks anywhere, I sealed the caulking along the tiles. It didn't really need it but thought it couldn't hurt. Then I sprayed ant spray. The next night, same thing and it went on for a few weeks. I began noticing a long line of them coming from a tiny hole by the window, going across the windowsill and down the wall, along the baseboard to the tub/shower. I sprayed outside, no improvement. In fact, it seemed to get worse. Sprayed in/out for several nights. Caulked. No difference. This led me to look for solutions on Amazon. Raid had mostly good reviews, will carry back to the queen and kill off the nest...ok, sounds good. I bought it. I put out 4 bait stations. Had to place carefully because it drew my cats interest. The first station was obviously placed by the pinhole next to the bathroom window. In the middle of the night, I checked for ants. Very few ants! I looked at the bait traps, nothing in three of them but a couple dozen were inside the trap on the windowsill. They were moving around as more came in to join the party. The next morning, that trap was completely empty. I'm guessing they left for the castle. It's been a week now, and no ants whatsoever.

Easy to place and actually helped with the ant issue
I got these because we had ants coming in and I wanted something simple that didn’t involve spraying around the house. I also liked that these could be used indoors or outdoors, because with ants, the problem usually starts somewhere before you actually see them inside. These were very easy to use. I just placed them where I was seeing activity and near the areas where I thought they might be coming in. The traps are not pretty, but they are discreet enough that they do not look terrible sitting out for a short period of time. I also did not have issues with leakage or mess, which was one of my bigger concerns with liquid bait. The ants did seem to find the bait, and after giving it some time, the activity noticeably slowed down. This is not an instant fix where everything disappears the second you set them out, but that is normal with bait traps. You kind of have to let them do their job. I also appreciated that I could use them without a lot of effort or setup. The main safety note is just to be mindful of where you place them if you have kids or pets around, since it is still pest control. Overall, these worked well for the problem I bought them for. They were easy, not messy, and helped get the ant situation under control without making me feel like I had to spray chemicals everywhere.

Get rid of every last ant!
Amazing product. I bought for getting rid of ants and was amazed when they completely rid my home of ants in approximately two days.... I put the bait out, was amazed as the trail of ants trudged from one bait trap to the next for a day, then, without a couple of days, the entire procession of ants completely disappeared from my home. I was impressed to say the least. Each bait trap was full of ants within a few hours and once they took the liquid bait back to their homes, the ant problem was completely eliminated. I'm so amazed still and know that all I have to do is buy these bait traps whenever I have an ant problem. WOW and double WOW! I would definitely recommend these for anyone with ant troubles. Didn’t solve the problem, ants kept coming back
I bought these hoping they’d wipe out the ants for good. Put them right where the trails were, and yeah, a few ants went in… but that’s about all that happened. The ants never really went away. They just kept coming back like they also paid rent here. Same spots, same numbers, same annoyance. Kind of defeats the whole purpose when you’re expecting it to take out the colony and it just… doesn’t. At some point it just felt like I was feeding them more than anything. Clean the area, set the traps, think you’re making progress—and nope, they’re right back at it the next day. I ended up switching to Advion ant gel and that actually worked. Way more ants showed up for it, and after about a week the numbers finally started dropping off. That’s what I was expecting from these, but it just never came to be. Only positive is I reused the Raid containers to hold the Advion ant gel so it wouldn’t dry out, so at least they didn’t go completely to waste. Works really well when baiting outside so the gel doesn't dry up.

Not as effective
Doesn't attract sugar ants the same as the other brand with the clear rectangle leaking baits. But if they do find it, it does get rid of them.

House ants ate it up!!
It’s been 2 days now since I put the bait out. I’m actually pretty blown away, I think this stuff wiped out the colony In less than 12 hours

Works great for an ant nest!
The weather warmed up here in May and I noticed tons of ants on my side porch. I put these traps in multiple places… Ultimately figuring out that they had some sort of nest down in the cracks between my wooden screen doors. I ended up placing about four traps in that area. Within the 20 minutes to an hour, I was shocked at how many ants kept coming out of the same small hole. The larger ants came out first and then the teeny ones came out last from their nest. I’ll need to vacuum out there now because there are dead ants everywhere… But this product really works!! Especially since I didn’t know there was an actual nest with about 50 to 100 ants coming out of this hole!

Didn’t do anything
Despite these not working at all for me I’m still going to give it a 3 star because I suspect part of the problem was the low number of ants and their size, I have a feeling it works a lot better on large nests of smaller ants. Every evening when I’d go into the kitchen I started seeing ants, it was never very many and I keep things extremely clean so they were only on the floor with nothing to find to eat. But since I kept finding two or three every single day despite the lack of food for them to find they certainly had a dedicated route in and out of my home and a nest nearby. I laid these out around where I suspected they were coming in and out, the ants never touched it, but they were also pretty huge ants so the small openings might not have enticed them anyway. I ended up using a turkey baster to shoot DE into the otherwise unreachable area they seemed to be getting in from, that did the trick after a few days

Totally ineffective
Completely ineffective with those tiny ants we have indoors here in Dubai, they just walk around the baits but not a single one of them felt the urge to approach and enter it... I even cut one open to leave that soaked sponge on the floor near the crack they come from but none of them seem attracted
