Infinity IT-Escape-EB Escape Massage Chair, Brown

So far this has been a great investment. My husband has had 2 different neck surgery and is always hurting. He uses this in the mornings when he wakes up and when he gets home from work. Myself & my son also use it everyday. This does everything the $6000 Cozzia chair does that we were going to buy.We used the white glove delivery as well and everything went smoothly. We did make contact with seller to arrange the white glove delivery and they were very prompt and helpful. Thanks for making this an awesome decision. Money well spent!So it is now going on the 8th month of use on this Infiniti Escape chair and it is still going strong. It gets used daily and by 3 different adults so it gets alot of use. It does not just sit around and look great in our living room. We put this chair through it’s paces. They only Cons I can come up with ~that are not deal breakers by any means are these:1) I wish it had a pause button so if you had to get out you didn’t have to re program it. (I like to manually set my program)2) I wish the remote didn’t beep every time you pushed a button on the controller. The chair also beeps when it’s finished scanning and when it turns off. If someone is sleeping next to you when your doing a massage the beeps are annoying.I still love the chair though😜

I researched SO many different models & read hundreds of reviews... this was a big decision. I just couldn't bring myself to get the super expensive ones. This chair was 1/5th of the cost of many others but it is still a great chair. It has gotten lots of use trying to figure out everyone's favorite settings. Worth every penny. We are 9 months in, 100's of massages and have never had any problems.

So far this chair is AWESOME! Came in three box's small, med, and large. Packaged very well and secure. All box's were sealed and appeared un-opened. The large box had a big dent on one side from shipping, however no damage to the chair was found The truck driver brought the pallet of box's up to my front door which made it nice to unpack and bring in the house piece by piece.The Instruction's are pretty worthless in my opinion, but they might help some. I found that if you are pretty mechanically inclined you shouldn't have a problem. All screw holes lined up great! I did have to re-strap and re-position the air and electric line's on the foot/leg massage ottoman so when it raises and lowers it doesn't get pinched. Overall, the chair took me about two hours to put together, however I took my time so everything went together correctly.The quality of this chair is excellent for this price point. This is a high end,quality massage chair with a 47inch roller track, which makes it nice for tall people. The overall massage is AWESOME. Foot roller and air compression on feet and legs is very nice and adjustable. I recommend putting thick socks on your feet, because the foot roller massage is pretty intense.Overall, I am happy with my purchase. Thank You!
