This bit exceeded my expectations. Allow a wide range of rabbets for a reasonable cost. Cuts cleanly and reliably with little or no tear out or splintering. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

This rabbet bit kit works very well. I've had it about 2 months now and have used it with every bearing in the set. All work well. The bit is very sharp and makes a clean cut even on end grain if I take my time and don't try to cut too quickly. The only reason it gets a 4 star is that the bearing retainer screw was so tight that the included allen wrench nearly broke when I tried to change bearings the first time.

We will see how it and the bearings hold up but so far so good.

Even me; the world's worst woodworker can make rabbets with this bit. Comes with several different sized bearings so your rabbet can be shallow or deep. Very sharp. If you're a bit careful and get a little experience, you can make really nice rabbets. Smooth as glass!

I bought this bit because the advertised 1-inch diameter is less than the maximum bit diameter (1 5/16") I've seen specified for my Bosch PR20EVSK Colt Palm router. The bit diameter is actually 1 3/8", but thankfully the extra 1/16" does not prevent it from working with the Bosch. The bit worked very well for my initial application, in fact, cutting 3/8"-wide dadoes in MDF.

Bought this bit to use with Bosch PR20EVSK router. Worked fine. Used more than one pass to cut deeper rabbets. I've used this bit to put a rabbet in two openings.

ordered it cause I needed to make 1 cut...I picked this one for the many different cuts and its a not that much more,then buying a single size bit....one thing, lube it befor you make your frist cut.(I didn,t and got 6" of a mild burn) IT gave me a very cleen cut in oak...IM HAPPY
