Cute!
This is a cute Hatchimal! Not too difficult to assemble. I didn't have to read the instructions. My 6 year old is extremely pleased and I'm sure she'll be busy for hours on end playing with it!

Can be fussy - company was great.
This was a Christmas gift and our kiddo manage to do something to the wing within the first day so it no longer worked. We contacted the company directly and they immediately sent a new one, free of charge, AND allowed her to keep the broken one. For that alone, I recommend.

Great toy but messy to clean up at first
My kids love the unicorn and the small hatchimals it comes with. I wish this thing had a volume button though because its on its LOUDEST setting. Talks and the motion sensitivity is fun for the kids.

I bought this for my granddaughter's birthday. She loves unicorns. She just loved this especially the flapping wings.

Broken
The unicorn was cute except the wing is already broken. My daughter hardly played with it and it’s still in immaculate condition. Amazon said I cannot return it Because I am past return date, but it’s only two months old and was expensive.

I bought this for a Christmas gift so the recipient hasn't gotten it yet but from the looks of it I thinks she will be thrilled. The recipient is 8 and I think it is perfect for her.
