My daughter is in love with it. I thought the fin was going to be pretty cheap but it's not. I think it's so adorable and well worth the $40. It's true to size.

My daughter was crazy happy about this set for her birthday! She begged for months and was not disappointed. I searched for many mono fins and mermaid tails and this one really fit the bill. The bathing suit part is cheaply made and not something I care for but my 7 year old loved it and it’s what I expected at this price. The mono fin is nice and solid and the mermaid tail fits nicely over the fin. I would say be careful with the snaps bc the fabric is thin. Out of the package the tail looked too long for my little one but it actually fit just right. My daughter is a good swimmer. I still worried this may be too difficult to use but she put it right on and immediately started swimming like a mermaid with no trouble. She was thrilled! The items are as shown in photos and it was great for us for the right price.

Tail is beautiful! Fabric seems to be of good quality. Zipper on the side makes it easier to put on and take off. Swimsuit is cute and daughter loves the mermaid tail necklace that came with it. Docked a star because it will clearly be difficult to get the flipper inside the tail. Tried to put the flipper in briefly, as my daughter couldn't wait to get the tail on, and it was clear it will be a little difficult. Haven't gave it another try yet, but worried I may tear a rip in the tail when I tried the first time. Would be nice if the end of the tail had a zipper so putting flipper in/out could be quick and easy, or if side zipper extended further down the tail. Zipper, or even buttons, on the end would also make it possible to walk around with tail on. My little one kind of hops around in it when wearing around the house, lol!Either way, my daughter was jumping up and down excited when she opened it on her birthday, and the tail itself seems like it will hold up fine, so I'm happy with the purchase. No input on the actual flipper fin, haven't been able to use yet.

Everything fit perfectly on my 7 year daughter and everything was very simple to use and put on!We did have a little bit of issue with the monofin sliding off her heals but that was because her feet are so tiny!It was beautiful and so elegant looking underwater!

My 6 year old daughter has been wanting a mermaid tail for months and was even willing to use her own money to purchase it. The first one we ordered arrived and the bag had a broken seal. Sure enough, it had what appeared used and had what looked like black permanent marker on it. I returned it for a new one. Second mermaid tail arrived and the fin was slightly bent but my daughter was not going to let me send it back a second time so she kept it. The mermaid fin cover is thin and after using is a few times in a pool, the cover is getting worn through at the tip of the fin. She absolutely love the mermaid tail fin but I am disappointed that it arrived damaged and hasn’t held up better for the cost

I bought this for my 4 year old daughter and she loves it so much that she won’t take it off. The first day she got it she slept with the tale on.

The clothing fit but the plastic tail did not. To small feet would not fit.

It was just what was needed! My granddaugbters thrilled. They spent many hours playing mermaids at our cottage this summer! It affected the stories they told around the campfire and the many art projects they produced this summer!
