It arrives perfectly packed with all the well-packaged accessories, the first impression for me was when we open the box and take the broom in hand feels that a quality broom, robust and well assembled. Inside the box, I found the product package containing the manual power supply, the supports to hang on the wall, the tank, the handle with battery and all the accessories for the various surfaces. It is easy to operate and the suction power is very good for our wood/tile floor and on the carpet especially. it vacuums well even if the battery doesn't last 60 minutes and therefore I still can't clean the whole house. It is not particularly heavy and it is not even very noisy.

Much better than ur regular vaccum cleaners. Easy to use. Does the job neatly. A little heavy though. Tires ur hands after sometime. Charge stays for 40 mins on auto mode. Easy to clean and store. Bankable product. A must have.

After contacting Amazon and thereafter the proscenic I have been promised a new battery as per the warranty. The battery never arrived to my home and the message with the fake shipping number disappeared and not anymore available.

This is an excellent choice compared to the much pricier options from more famous brands. We have been using it for almost 10 months now and its working well. Good battery life for regular cleaning of 2bhk. It developed a vibration in the floor brush a few weeks ago and I contacted customer support. They provided a replacement floor brush under warranty and it now works flawlessly. Highly recommend this one if you are looking for a cordless vacuum cleaner.

I would have given 2 stars except for the fact, it has fallen from the docking station (my bad) 3x and not a crack or dent or reduction of its power (not impressed by its suction or power). It's fine for furniture, tile floors. It is more a handheld dust vac when it comes to suction power. Fine for hair, light mess, anything heavier not so good. Not for quick deep clean or dusting ie curtains ,rugs high shelf ect. I have read so many good reviews of this item outside of Amazon. But it just doesn't match the hype. Sorry, I was rooting for proscenic to be at least a replacement for, the least pop Dieson. Going from floor to carpet ,no difference no change in power. The roller brush /is actuallyfoam is not a brush. only good for hardwood? Floor. .it does pick up stuff on the carpet but misses a lot. Same on the tile. I will use it as hand vac. The tools also are a bit off as they don't quite allow you any flex in the use of the stick or hand held. Only allows one angle of use. Which is so awkward and uncomfortable. Having extra batteries quick charge and change. Is great. Cleaning of dust bin also great . Except the suction bit? On the side. For what it is, it's sturdy, easy to clean parts, ie extra batteries available to purchase with the unit .haven't tested the max option cause didn't see the point. I have bought this 7 months back and was working well until it fell down and got a crack which lead to breaking the mid portion and cant use properly anymore now! I contacted the brand several time for warranty issues but still not solved . Built quality is cheap !!

No suelo hacer reseñas sobre productos, es más, es la primera vez que hago una, pero es que la proscenic P11 smart me ha sorprendido gratamente y lo merece. Estoy encantada con el producto,con la marca y satisfecha con Amazon como siempre en lo que se refiere a gestión y puntualidad que prestan. Llevo usando la aspiradora durante 2 semanas y no puedo decir más que cosas buenas. Es muy potente, liviana y fácil de manejar. Sobretodo es muy muy adictiva, paso la aspiradora hasta 2 veces al día, mi otra aspiradora trineo creo que no la volveré a utilizar jamás! Me encanta su potencia de succión, tiene 3 modos de potencia, yo aspiro mi piso de 120 m en una pasada con el modo auto que va subiendo su potencia de succión cuando detecta una alfombra y es una pasada. Aunque el modo ECO aspira de maravilla. El modo turbo casi no lo uso pero aspira las alfombras super bien. La única pega, aunque no muy llamativa, sería la duración de la batería que no cumple exactamente con lo anunciado: 50 min aprox modo Eco, 25 min aprox modo auto y unos 10 min en modo turbo. No es nada ruidosa y hasta aspiro por la noche sin molestar a los vecinos siempre y cuando no se use el modo máximo. En cuanto a maniobrabilidad, es muy fácil de manejar y no pesa como dicen, mi hijo de 8 años me aspira la casa sin problemas y esta encantado con la compra y feliz de poder aspirar por fin con mamá! La limpieza del filtro al principio lía un poco pero cuando le cojes el tranquillo es super fácil. Una coa que me ha llamado mucho la atención es que en el rodillo no se quedan enredados los pelos como en otras aspiradoras y eso es de agradecer, incluso al apagarla se pone en modo turbo para que no queden restos en el suelo, parece una tontería pero eso ayuda a no tener que barrer los restos que deja la aspiradora. En cuanto a materiales, tiene un aspecto premium en comparación con otras de igual o mayor rango de precio. Tengo 2 gatos en casa y la proscenic no deja ni una pelusa y eso es de agradecer porque deja la casa libre de alergia e impoluta. Aspira muy bien la arena de los gatos y los restos de comida en una pasada. En resumen, mi escoba ya se ha jubilado y mi spiradora trineo también. No tengo más que decir, le doy un 10! La recomiendo y la volvería a comprar, que pena que no friega también, sería perfecto!

レビューにもある通り、バッテリーがすぐ駄目になりました。 掃除機もかけられなく、イライラして何回もメールでやり取りしました。 中々バッテリーも届かなく掃除機かけられなく不便もありましたが、新しいバッテリーの手配もしてくれました。（新しいバッテリーも結局駄目になりました。） ただ、返金もしてくれて、新しいバッテリーも送ってくれて、掃除機を回収する訳ではなく、保障は継続してくれるのは、ここのメーカーだけではないでしょうか？ その分不都合が多いからなのかもしれませんが…アフターフォロー面では完璧ですね。 バッテリー問題だけなくなればいいメーカーだと思います。 買う場合は、バッテリーの不都合あるかもしれないけど、アフターフォロー面を重視すればいいかも。 ただ、バッテリー届くのにかなり時間はかかりました。

I have been looking for a cordless cleaner for a while which is light weight and easy to use. I decided to buy this one cos longer battery and great suction power also with reasonable price. Assembly is easy with push-fit locking parts and is easy to adapt from full to hand held configuration. In usage trials, picks up dust fluff and pet hairs from wood, tile and short pile carpet well but struggles to pick up larger items. All of this I would say it worth the money I would recommend it.

I originally posted a review after only having used this a couple of times, and having initially struggled with cleaning it. I've now had it for over a month, and used it more than ten times, and I have come to really appreciate this appliance. This is the first vacuum I've owned that works well enough, and reliably enough, to allow me to replace the broom! My initial impression was very mixed, as I did discover one small concern: Putting this back together successfully after cleaning it requires lining up two very small notches that are difficult to see when the unit is in use (dusty). I had initially posted a critical review of this because of this issue, but the manufacturer reached out to me with instructions as to how to put it back together successfully. (This is also in the manual, so if you are someone who does actually read manuals, you may not have trouble with this.) After doing so, I've found this to be MUCH easier to clean and use. (Also, very impressed with their attention to customer service.) Overall, I am very pleased with this -- it it maneuverable and easy to use, holds a charge for a good amount of time, and has strong enough suction that I was able to replace my broom. Highly recommended for an affordable, but quality vacuum!

This type of vaccum is my dream to buy for my home. This vaccum cleaner is really smart and price on Amazon is cheaper if you compared from the market. Vaccum sucking power is so good as it has 3 power options. Battery is dis attached-able which is good option. All other filters are easy to remove for cleaning. Personally best choice for cleaning home floors. I used to clean my car with it. Sound good for car too.
