I was skeptical of the product. I heard an advertisement on the Fox News channel. I took the plunge. I only bought one bottle, just in case the cleaner didn’t do the job. I was pleasantly surprised. I used this to clean the plastic siding on the house. It had bugs, spider webs, dirt, mildew and green mold. I did not have to use a brush to scrub or power sprayer to remove the yuck. I let the cleaner stay on for about 30 minutes, not 30 seconds. My husband came home and was surprised to see it worked as well. He thought I had been working on it for hours. The only complaint I have...and maybe I didn’t read all the directions...was that the splashes and overspray bounced back and left bleach spots on my shirt. So, wear something white or an old shirt you don’t mind getting bleach on. I cant wait to get the additional gallons to finish the house and try on other products around the house.

After trying different ways to clean my concrete patio, I found this cleaner to be the most effective. It cleaned up pot stains, oil stains, etc. from my patio that I was struggling to remove with other methods. Power washer was an option but I found it to leave marks on the patio floor, where this cleans without any effort and does not leave a mark on the concrete floor.The cleaning action is very fast. The attached images are pre- and post- images, with the post images barely 30 seconds after I had applied the cleaner and before I did anything else, like wash away with a water hose.NOTE: The 1.3 Gallon product I bought came with a power wand that makes it super easy to apply it on the stains.

Should of done a before pic, but (didn't think would really work) was just aged cedar gray (boards/decent shape) so thought I would give it a shot. Sprayed on, let sit 5 minutes and lightly scrubbed, then sprayed off...not new fence look, but honestly really happy will (little effort) results!

I like most people we skeptical, but we sound as how easy this product is to use. Just follow directions, spray, wait a few minutes and wow the area is clean. We did our white vinyl deck railings and house siding and white garage doors. Everything was clean and the white was white again. You can't go wrong using this product. IT WORKS!!!!

Don"t waste your money buying the 1.3 gallon with motorized sprayer! Mine REFUSED to suck the fluid out of the container. Manufacturers website states to squeeze trigger for 45 seconds if fluid doesn't flow.. I squeezed mine for at least 15 minutes, taking the sprayer hose and parts apart as much as possible, including submerging into laundry tub full of clean water. JUNK! Buy a gallon of 30 Seconds concentrate at Walmart for $8.74, mix 50/50 and supply your own pump sprayer. MANUFACTURER OWES ME A REFUND FOR THE ADDITIONAL COST OF SPRAYER VERSUS PRODUCT! Product does work on green and black mold. I pressured washed my chimney below the roof line several times, and black mold is still visible on the mortar and bricks. I climbed up on roof with Zep hand pump sprayer, sprayed product multiple times on the bricks, mortar, and crown. I used a small scrub brush on 27 years of filth (thick black mold), let it sit 30 minutes, and washed completely CLEAN (no embedded mold) in 2 passes with pressure washer. I sprayed product on mold covered vinyl siding above roof line, took 10 minutes to climb down, start pressure washer, and get back up on roof, mold was GONE! Product would not remove the black dots of dirt and mold embedded in the 1/2" by 10" white plastic lumber which was screwed onto side of deck.

If you follow the directions this product is easy to use. The nozzle adjusts for ease in spraying. I used this to remove mold or mildew from my gutters. After one use, I could see an improvement Hopefully it will continue cleaning as stated. My house is 1600 square feet, and after only spraying the gutters, there is about 3/4 of the product left. I was impressed, but am only giving 4 stars until I see more results. I feel like it is a good value for the money.

What a rip-off. I should have saved money and bought bleach. First of all, spray on and rinse off? The motorized pump is awful. The product comes out in a pathetically small dribble. After 20 minutes spent “spraying” the product on the gate of my vinyl fencing, I became so frustrated that I just took the cap off and poured the bleach on the gate (this is gate is 8x8 feet). I could tell by looking at the places I sprayed first, scrubbing would be necessary. To no avail however. I rinsed the product off and decided to use the “jet” position on my nozzle. This did remove some of the mold and mildew, but not well at all. To cap it off, I bought TWO of these bottles to ensure I had enough for all of the spots on my fence. I used one bottle for the gate alone.

Motorized nozzle doesn't work. Did trouble shooting on website and with their device desk. Customer service overall was pleasant (agreed we were entitled to a working product) but completely ineffectual; could not (would not?) expedite product replacement. I have half aDozen friends and family standing around to help us with the exterior cleaning project. Not going to happen. Guess I'll just open up the beer anyway. Returning for refund.
