It is beautiful and looks well built. It did smell weird though, we added some pine needles and that helpes a bit. But it was a gift, so we don't know if the smell dissipated.

J’aime beaucoup ce coffret de qualité. L’essence utilisée est belle , de grain fin, le bois est bien travaillé . Non seulement joli, l’objet est bien assemblé et ferme avec précision : pas de difficulté à la fermeture, pas d’ouverture intempestive lorsqu’il est saisi. L’intérieur permet d’y loger des colliers pliés en deux ou en trois, selon leur taille : ils ne seront ni cassés ni endommagés s’ils sont un peu rigides ( maille palmier, par exemple.) Le seul bémol serait peut-être l’habillage de l’intérieur en feutrine rouge, qui n’est pas joli-joli, mais qui protège les bijoux.
