Great for My Daughter’s Gymnastics Practice
I bought this flat resistance band set for my daughter to use for her gymnastics stretching and strength exercises. She really likes them – the bands are soft, latex free, and comfortable on her skin. There are different resistance levels, so she can start lighter and move up as she gets stronger. They roll up easily and fit into her gym bag, so she can use them at home and at practice. Great set for young gymnasts!

Good quality, a little short for a tall person.
I am 5’9” and wish the bands were a few inches longer. They’re pulled nearly tight just to set up so I don’t have the range of motion I’d prefer with enough grip on the bands to stop them from slipping out of sweaty hands.

Works well for my senior exercise class.
I have used the "Light" (pink) stretchy bands twice now at my online exercise class, where the "leader" uses them in her program. They seem to be well made, a good weight and durable. There is no odor, which I appreciate. There is a small sheet of paper with some exercise suggestions, but it doesn't indicate when you should use the "light," "medium" or "heavy" bands. It was a "trial and error" type of process to figure out what might be the proper tension for each exercise. The length is good (be sure to fully unfold the band), and comfortable to hold on to. I recommend these stretchy bands for all exercise levels, not just for seniors.

Love love love these bands
Affordable price and LATEX FREE. I use them every day and they've not yet caused anaphylaxis or even a tiny rash. I can confirm they are truly latex free. Latex free materials are often less pliable and wear out easily, but these are sturdy.

Don't age super well
These work great when they're new; I think mine dried out (dry rotted??) or something because the last approx. 10" of one of the bands tore clean off. They feel normal like when I got them, but clearly something was amiss. Too bad because they work great otherwise.
