Delivered on time. Box undamaged. Parts packed very good. All pieces accounted for in excellent condition. Purchased for my 91 year old mother to pull around to set things on while dusting!! Instructions easy to follow. I suggested to seller they enlarge the print. Only took about 1/2 hour to assemble. One extra tool needed. Large flat head screwdriver for the black plastic button screws (M). Do not overtighten these buttons or you will damaged the plastic. I did a test pull on our carpet. I found that the locking wheel would drag when tilted towards me. So a very easy fix. I switched the wheels so both locking wheels are in the air when being pulled. Perfect! Very sturdy, well made with a big handle. I would buy again!

Definitely purchase this cart on sale when you can. It's actually quite sturdy for a small utility cart. I like that everything is full metal (mesh trays are a little bit iffy but I am holding light-medium weight items).I won't be using for wheeling things around a lot or in a bathroom, so I cannot vouch for going room-to-room or "rust proof" properties. I think you can add a weather proofing spray if you want to make it more water tight.As a small shelving unit for some of my crafting supplies, this is perfect. If you do need just a tad more storage, you can buy hooks or some of those cups to add to the sides.I did get all the correct parts, luckily. I recommend confirming all parts are as detailed in the list sheet before you try to put together. Saves you time to go through part way and then not have it work out.Don't expect this item to do the job of a $100 cart, or even a $50 cart. It is a tad expensive, but priced accurately enough for the size and make (made better on sale).And for reference sake, the space between each shelf will not hold an American letter size sheet upright without being crushed. It's roughly 8in clearance at the openings. The trays will just hold a letter size sheet flat. To make the best use of vertical space, try to store things vertically if you can. If you are crafty, you might be able to make some dividers to help prop things up and keep it from spilling over, etc.

Photos are deceiving and it is very short/small, more for a child to use. Lowest tray sits about right on the floor level. Trays are too small with short sides.

Perfect for helping me be organized and have easy access to my stuff. Love the design. Be aware that it’s dimensions are small and that it’s sturdy but not heavy duty. I was expecting it to be small and it is, but viewing the dimensions and seeing it in person are different. It’s perfect for what I want to use it for though. One thing would make it stellar: having one extra part for each type of part in case one got lost during shipping or while putting it together. Luckily mine came with all parts and was relatively easy to put together. All in all, I love it.

I really love this cart for its storage capacity and size but I couldn’t give it a five star because it was hard to put together and occasionally the wheel will come off. I think the bolt that holds the wheel is faulty. I found it difficult to line up the holes and get the bolts on. It could be me, but I haven’t had this trouble with other items that have to be assembled. Otherwise, nice sturdy cart that’s fits my needs as long as the wheel stays on. That means taking the upmost care in how it rolls.
