First off, this was super easy to install. You need a screw driver and a crescent wrench.I ordered a new sink and faucet. Got both and didn’t like the faucet. Then found this one and ordered it. I was impatient and installed the sink on Sunday and went to Home Depot and bought a $300 kohler stainless steel. I love the magnetic feature of it but it didn’t have the pull down feature like this one. I got this one in the mail today (matte black/black stainless).The kids and I opened the box up and instantly were all excited. We loved the look of this. Quickly we new this was going to be the one for our new sink. It is a black stainless steel sink and this matches and looks perfect. The spray is great and has enough pressure, has the quick thumb shut off and can pull the nozzle down and use it in all directions and for all needs.All in all, 5/5 stars!

We love our new faucet. Had it installed about a month and have no complaints. I installed myself and it was so easy. Would buy again and again.

This company stood by their product and made things right. They have a very good warranty program. I would definitely buy from them again.

This faucet was easy to install but it leaks and has from the day we installed it. It leaks where the nozzle pivots and only when we grab the nozzle and move it closer to our dishes when we rinse them. If we leave the nozzle attached to the arm that holds it in place when it’s not in use, it doesn’t leak. Only when we detach it from the arm and move it around does it leak.

It’s not spot free stainless. It’s brushed nickel. Very different. My dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge are all spot free stainless. Not thrilled with that since it is being installed over a stainless tub.Will update once we are using it.

I've had this for a few months now, looks amazing. Get lots of complements. Great for when your hands are contaminated and you need to turn the water on. Only downside is when guests come over they dont know how the motion detection works, outside of that I love it.

Not very gold. doesn't really match the other brushed gold items we got. also thought i was getting the one that had the stop on the spout.

Faucet is beautiful and very good quality. Would be 5 stars but the sprayer is half decent at best with the base flow attachment and decent with the high flow attachment. The sprayer on the faucet it replaced was great for rinsing plates or fruit, this one not so much. It just lacks any force at all. I would still recommend this faucet unless you need one that has a strong sprayer when in that mode.

Ordered the champagne colour to match our cabinet pulls. So beautiful, completely transformed our kitchen sink area.I bought the open box version, it came with blemishes as expected, but nothing major they are hardly noticeable but saved me $150! Highly recommend it!

I love love love this tap. It was super easy to install, my husband did it by himself in 30 minutes. It looks amazing and works amazing, it’s pricey but worth the money 100%. Highly recommend

Installed as directions outlined without surprises. Comes with 2 flow rate limit options. Nozzle has stream or spread options as expected. Sturdy construction and paint doesn't chip easily (dropped it on tile floor. No marks)
