Finally a license free business band radio
I like frs radios but they don't have the strength as business band radios do. I hope that they are true to use and range they say they go . As for me time will tell on how they will work out for me. Cobra is a good brand ever since I used their frs radios but I shall see if they comply to the standards of a business band radio. So if you are looking for a business band radio with out the hassle of a license or getting fined by the fcc for using a radio without a license then these are it. They are good for talking car to car, security guard work, construction work, maintenance techs,warehouse usage and work, hiking, biking house to garage (as if they were intercoms). They say that they are water proof but we shall see. Get your pair of these radios for your needs and communication as I will use them for.

Solid walkies
Bought these and the lapel mic for cell-tower work. Good sound quailty. Worked great at over 260ft vertically. Con is the mic attached to the side and came out often. Would have been perfect if the cord attached on the top and screwed into place. Otherwise, did what we needed to get the job done.

Check the radio make sure they all work properly

No DCS configuration allowed, only 38 CTCSS codes programmable
The radio doesn't allow setting the DCS code for a given channel, one can only get DCS on some of the channels where there is a preset DCS code set. Listing is incorrect to list 121 privacy codes, you effectively only get 38 CTCSS codes. Cobra does not document what those CTCSS codes are, so you'll have to figure that out for interoperability with other FRS radios.

Do the job works just fine, I didn't experience any interference or noise, clear sound.

Muy buenos. El cargador de base no funciona. No prenden las luces cuando se carga el producto. Solo puedo cargarlo con el cable de forma individual.
