Hello, the bristles are hard?

Ok, i read this answer and bought these brush heads, my gums are not sensitive and i now have gum rupture after using these brush heads. The bristles should be classified as extra hard. I now doubt the genuineness of reviews on this product.

How is it compared to dual action brush heads? I am thinking about one of these to models.

We have used the Oral-B unit for four months and find it to be superior to the single action and dual action units we have used over the past 20+ years.

From what I've observed, if you have a 9900+ series triumph, they indeed can use the cross action. The triumph can use 9 different Oral-B replacement heads and the cross action is included. Hope this helps. :)

Will these fit the oral b genius pro 8000?

It says it fits most oral b power brushes. I have the 7000 and they are a perfect fit.
