good value, reliable.
I air down for beach sand travel in my e450 class C rv with LT225/75/16s. that's 6 tires from 80/65 to 15psi on the way in, and of course, on the way out, it's time to air up for the pavement ride home. I was a bit hesitant to go with a 12v setup like this as all the other guys bring their eu3000s and home pancake compressors to air up. I don't have that kind of storage space so I needed something smaller. It has never cycled on me/over heated given i'm on the beach in the blazing sun most of the time and do 6 tires, not 4. It gets me to 50psi pretty quick - 3 min or so a tire. And i usually do this. Get them all up to 50, so that IF it fails, at least i can hobble my way to a gas station at 20mph and top off there best i can the rest of the way. 80 in 2 and 15 in 4 is not useful. 50-65 and 50-80 take a bit more, about another 3-4 min a piece. The pump has never let me down, but my battery has. I plug into the house battery for the drivers side and use a jump box for the passenger side. This gives me enough juice to get the job done. It's been through several cycles, been in the sand, salty ocean sand, and she hasn't let me down yet. I'm happy with it. I was between this and the viair, but this one was both cheaper and put out more cfm. The gauge isn't accurate- but it's reliably inaccurate. it's like 8 psi off as tested with 2 other gauges. That's fine now that i know it. perhaps the stick just wasn't zero'ed out correctly. know what it is and it's fine. but could surprise someone. maybe it's just mine.

A Great Value!
This pump has plenty of power, but run your vehicle while using it for best performance. The pump generates lots of heat especially at the hose fittings, so No Toucha Da Hot Parts! It was 42F out when I tested mine and you can see the fitting temp after 1 tire. I drained my 35" SSR flat, reinstalled the valve core and pumped it up very quickly. I do not believe it was more than 2 min to get to 50psi then drain back to 35psi. What I do not like is the crappy bag. It could be a bit heavier material and have at least a tab if velcro to keep the accessory pocket secure. That may sound whiny, but if you have one you know. Also, I can live with the non-typical air chuck fittings, but not the air chuck which is of very nice quality, but has a straight screw on tip. This makes you bend your alve stem outward and does not allow for quick on and off. A simple.lever lock quick chuck found on most bike pumps would be a great upgrade. In my opinion this is all the pump you need unless you have air locker rears. If your trip requires many air up and downs, a CO2 tank is your best choice.

Great value for the money
Great pump. It's heavy, and gets HOT, but it should be expected. You can get something smaller if you have SMALLER than 33" tires, but 33's and above you should be using a pump like this when relying on a portable pump for off road. A couple of quick notes to new buyers. 1 - If possible, keep your vehicle running. It'll provide a lot more power for the pump to draw off of, and will work much better (and cooler) 2 - Be CAREFUL after it's been running for a bit. It gets hot enough to burn you if you're not careful. 3 - Turn the pump on BEFORE connecting it to your tire. Says it right there in the manual, and takes stress off the pump when connecting it. 4 - We were able to fill up 6 and a half 35" tires back to back (not turning it off) before it tripped the overheat protection. It took about 10 minutes for it too cool down enough to resume, but it was impressive considering how long it was running. 5 - There are a number of pumps that are identical to this, but are branded differently. One such pump (won't mention the name, but it's red) is both less expensive, and has a uncoiled/straight hose rather than the coiled hose which comes with the smittybilt. I'd opt for that one instead, as the hose is just easier to manage. Regardless, both are great pumps. It's a fantastic pump. I've had a previous one for a couple of years, and recently gifted it to my daughter for her own off-road rig.

it's a great tool, I did a fair amount of research and glad I found this solution, BUT...
the attachment with the in-line gauge is NOT accurate, it's off by a few-degrees (~2-3PSI +/-1). I must confess that my reference point was the digital gauge of the vehicle (2021 F-250) monitors, aka the tire-pressure sensors but yeah, there's a disparity of about 3-psi. Not sure how I feel about that. The motor and pump themselves are great. I also don't like the plumbing connectors for the quick-detach couplers on the hoses that ship with the pump. Otherwise, it works amazingly compared to a traditional tank-filled compressor (this is tankless) and it has no issues with heavy-duty tires, doesn't even break a sweat reaching PSI levels above 70-psi. The directly-attached hose does get hot but that's expected for compressed air plumbing--I just wonder if the materials of the hose can expect durability because of the heat stress. I really don't like the fittings, I don't think they use standard quick-detach adapters so you could easily swap for off-the-shelf parts but all in all--it serves its purpose and does so rather well, except the aforementioned grumblings. I still give it a solid 4.5--so that's a statement for this insatiable consumer with high demands for his dollar investments.

Perfect for most users.
Son loves it for airing up tires in his truck after off-roading. This is a good brand that I have purchased from before for other items. Long lasting and reliable.

El producto está buenísimo, aunque la manguera de inflado se ve de baja calidad. El tiempo de inflado por llanta es de no más de 2 minutos, muy buena opción

I inflated a normal SUV tire from 0 psi to 35 in 2 minutes 30 seconds < shall i say more. downside, it gets a bit hot so handle with the HANDLE.

Works great getting tires on my truck back on the rim and filled up quick while out 4X4ing in the back country. Fills the larger truck tires very quickly. Worth the cost!!!
