Great taste and low carbs
I’ve been using Rule1 protein for over a year. Great taste, low carbs and a good amount of BCAA’s. If you just mix it in water you’re not getting the most out of it. If you want the best taste out of it, mix it cold. My suggestion is use a blender/Ninja with 2 scoops of whey, a scoop of PB Fit, 4 oz water and add 9 ice cubes. It taste like your having ice cream.

Better than you think
I ordered rule one 5 lb chocolate peanut butter, pleasantly surprised tastes great, no after taste. Mixes extremely well. And the BCAAs are a must. Highly recommended.
