Would this be okay to run in?

Personally, I couldn’t wear this for running. But I’m a D cup, and like support. Perhaps an A/B cup could run with this. Also, the arm holes would possibly chafe or cut into the front of the shoulder. It’s low support, but works for lifting, yoga, or lounging. It’s more cute than supportive.

Does this have a Built in shelf bra, I do not want that?
