Paint coming off, no chain with it. I would like a refund immediately from this to be fair. Looking at this the paint will probs come off in 2 days. its a nice product dont get me wrong. But sending a damaged item with no chain aswell? He looks bloody naked.

The package came safely in a small box with bubble wrap. The product is ceramic which I didn't expect, so he's very sturdy lol. The string needs to be tied, so you can do it at different lengths to fit your needs. Overall a great product :)
