best brakes with organic pads
these are the best brakes for heavy ebikes. nice clear bite point and can swap levers to flo levers so they cannot break.

Love Shimano brakes!
I’ve tried them all.. Shimano, Magura, Hayes, TRP and I always end up coming back to Shimano. High quality, durable, and consistent. Needed brakes for a new enduro / downhill buikd and these fit the bill perfectly!

Strong and controlled
I replaced the rear SRAM G2 that came on my Canyon Spectral with the Saint. Having had good previous experience with the 4 piston XT. The lever pull is a bit less harsh than the XT, instead, it feels more like a SRAM brake. But the power and control are real. I can modulate on long downhills and lock at any time and they have not shown any sign of fading. These are less expensive than the XTR but I believe it is because they are a bit heavier, having been designed for downhill.
