Perfect!
I love this ulu, the knife is super sharp and it’s perfect for chopping up fresh herbs for cooking! makes it so much easier than chopping tiny leaves with a regular knife. Seems pretty high quality from Alaska.

I have owned one for a long time. Excellent for cutting/chopping almost anything; including frozen meat.I use a crock stick sharpener which produced a 20-degree edge which works well.This one purchased as a wedding gift for a relative. Maybe she can use it to cut up a moose, she hunts, too.Like all good tools, keep them oiled.

This product is the original, right from Alaska. It is gorgeous and well made and very sharp. I am impressed with the way it is wrapped - I am using it as a gift -- and I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality, details, and even packaging of this item. Amazing tool and board for cutting
I love my ulu so I ordered them for my daughter- in-laws. Found out I ordered them for Cara and Erin last year! Cant believe I didn’t remember!

Could NOT do without this
I’ve had mine for YEARS! I literally use it every day. Chopping herbs, onions, etc. Also works great to cut pancakes and sandwiches for children into bite size squaresMakes a GREAT GIFT. It quickly becomes their favorite kitchen item!
