What is the dimensions of the door openings?

Hi Paul...Each door opens to one large space. No division in between. When both doors are open the open space measures 27" wide by 22" high. Each individual door measures 13" wide by 22" high.  Hope that helps.    : - )

What are the dimensions of the granite inlay, and can it be removed? I would like to replace it with the same granite we have in our kitchen.

Hi there - I am not sure if it can be replaced or not... its not "removable" or anything but I'm sure a contractor/builder would be able to somehow cut it out and put in the matching granite -- the measurements of the inlay are 18.5 by 41.8 (between 41.5 and 42) - hope this helps!

Do you think it's possible to add casters to this island? I think it would be great if it could move from one end of the kitchen to the other.

I think it may be possible to add wheels if you have the right skill set to do it. The island is quite heavy because of the marble top. You can actually slide the island around the kitchen w/o wheels. I have hardwood in my kitchen and sometimes I will push it over a little for parties.
