I'm not sure exactly which way your question is coming from, so I'll answer two ways: these coasters do not slide around on the furniture, but they don't stick to the furniture in a way which would cause the furniture finish to come up, either. They just stay put. They're great coasters! Wonderful for drinks, and also for small pads to put under hot dishes.

Yes,it is made of rubber,can heat resistant for coffee

Q: Do they leave a ring on wooden table?

No they don't leave rings on wooden tables, and they serve their purpose well.
