Yes. Lace appears very cottony sort of like Battenburg. I wash it it a mesh bag in cold water and line dry it. No signs of shrinkage so far.

Q: my 10 year old daughter (4'11) wants this what size should i get?

Depends on her size. I had to end up getting an XL (I am 160 lbs at 5'1). The Large fit, but the buttons did that pucker thing it does when your chest is too large. xD

Q: How wide is the bust exactly for the largest size? I have seen multiple pictures online and the bust ranges from 37-42.

I ordered the largest size. My bust in a properly fitted bra measures just over 40" the shirt buttons with plenty of room. I am 5'7" 184 lbs quite busy and this shirt is very complimentary.

Q: Is the delivery via express possible?

It did not appear so. My delivery date was about 5 weeks after I ordered it. It did arrive earlier than projected.
