The headset arrived on time, well packaged and has quickly become an essential tool in my everyday life. The range on this headset is excellent. I can move through my 3200 sqft home without losing connection. I go out to mow the yard without needing to carry my phone. Cooking, cleaning, watching movies, listening to music or talking on the phone is effortless with this headset. It's the only device I have that easily pairs up. My friends dog got a hold of it and chewed it apart. Miraculously, it took the beating and snapped back together without losing sound quality or functionality. The price point for this heatset has out performed the LG or more expensive brands that I've owned.

Good battery, sound and range. A bit stiff, and one side of the headset keeps retracting on its own. Better options out there. After a couple months this unit is complete garbage. Left side no longer works, other side retracts on its own, and the sound has become garbled on the side that does work. I sit in a cubicle, a dry environment. This unit is not exposed to harsh conditions. Will not buy again.

It’s been 3/4 of the year since I bought these and so far it’s okay. Sound and connection are good, however the neck band design needs some work. Already, the inner lining of the neckband is separating from the frame and the frame cracked and broken near one of the joints. I don’t know if it’s because they got cracked when they were dropped from my hands or if someone accidentally cracked them while at work, but either way, I’m going to have to look for a new pair.The battery life is pretty good. I can say that is for certain.

Too big and bulky. Not flexible to turn your neck while wearing. I like the sound and the option to fold it but it is hot and bulky around my neck

I purchased these and they have been great except they are twice the weight of my previous headphones. They are just a little bulky. I use them constantly and one of the ear buds went out, the company is sending a replacement. The first replacement would not pair for some reason but I still am happy with the headphones. I am sure the next pair will be fine.Thanks

I thought this “newest design” would have lasted longer than the old design. It didn’t. The battery life was shorter, and the Left earbud stopped working after a month of daily use. Guess I should have bought the same one I had last time!
