Excellent delivery - slot was 11am - 3pm, and it arrived about 12/30, so well ahead of time. Lovely delivery people, who were very polite and helpful, put it in place, removed packing. No dents or marks on fridge, have to wait 3 hours to let it settle before turning on, so I cant comment on how it works yet. But very happy so farHaving now had the fridge for a few days, I am happy to say it is working very well, freezer is excellent, and upper fridge part has plenty of room. I bought this when my under counter fridge (Neff, over 20 years old) packed up. I decided to get a fridge freezer to avoid multiple trips out to the garage where my main chest freezer lives. I can now store ice cream, ice cubes, etc in the kitchen - probably not going to do a lot for my waistline as access is now easier - which is saving a lot of trudging out to the garage. Very nice looking - my kitchen is all black & white, so blends in perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonably-sized addition to their main freezer, and the fridge is big enough to store things for 2 or 3 people - a very large family would need something bigger.

When I was searching for a good fridge freezer for me I came across this beautiful piece and it grabbed my attention immediately even my wife sheared same thoughts about this fridge. So we decided to buy it and it arrived on our preferred time. It is very compact and easy to install does not make much noise, it is easy to make quick ice with the help of freezer, superior quality. And you can adjust temperature on your own.

Can't fault it as it's exactly what we wanted. Very quiet. Only had it a day but do not forsee problems. Only surprise was I had to pay £43.98 VAT plus £20.75 which contradict advert so paid £263.90 instead of £199.17. delivery fine.

Avoid Russell HobbsI purchase a Fridge Freezer which developed a crack above freezer door…The Fridge Freezer less to years old.. I got an independent report confirming that a manufacturer defect ..Russell Hobbs were not interested made statement to simply say not their problem ..No legal action will have to be taken to resolve issue

I am a baker and we got this for our cakes and it’s perfect it can fit 2 tall cakes in the fridge so it’s perfect if your just getting started

I'm worried. The fridge continually creates ice in the back/ top & freezes everything on the top shelf, then these thaw out so much when I adjust the thermostat that I have to be continually drying the back & shelves & end up having to make it colder again. I've never had such a bad experience, it seems high maintenance! Is this normal? I have 4 days to return it under Amazon's policy.

An excellent product, efficient and surprisingly spacious. The delivery people were on time and extremely helpful.
