It’s a great camera, but customer service is non existent. Thankful for Amazon customer service.
I might be inclined to change my review once someone from the company reaches out to me to resolve my issues.I originally liked this product a lot, so much so that I purchased a second one for another vehicle. Recently, the camera stopped working in parking security mode - the camera only works when the truck is turned on and running.After sending multiple emails to the vendor, a Facebook message, and multiple attempts to “chat” with someone on their website, I have had no luck in receiving any response. So now, I have a dash cam that only partly works.As it is sold third party, Amazon can only offer a refund once the item is returned. I don’t want a refund, I want a new camera that works properly. I know it’s possible to function as it should, because my second one has had no issues, and I have had it for no less than a week than the original first camera.I have tried multiple settings, and the camera still does not function as it did only a week ago.Unfortunate a quality product can have such lacking customer service behind it.
