It had done as advertised to prevent leaking of lubricant liquid out the back end of my LockNLube grease gun.

Everyone knows that grease guns leak. This is the first attempt to correct that. Condoms for my grease guns. May be hope the protection holds up.

I hooped this would be universal, and fit on non Lock, & Lube guns, but it doesn't. I will say it still seems to be made of a very high quality.

Purchased 2 sets. Seemed like a good idea, quick color ID for my different guns and to keep things clean. Everything began to split after 6 months, by 8 months everything was literally falling apart. Guns aren't subjected to sunlight so the rapid disintegration of the rubber is puzzling. Unlike other high quality Lock N Lube products, this one is pretty poor and I definitely can't recommend it.

Great idea! Keeps grease from dripping out of the bottom of the grease gun.

This looks like a great idea but the sleeve that goes on the barrel of the grease gun is too small. I don't think my 50 year old grease gun is larger than modern guns. It does use the standard grease cartridge but I couldn't stretch the sleeve enough to go over the barrel. Also the small nipple just barely goes over the end of the LockNLube coupler - will only cover the first 3/4 inch or so.

To everyone that has mentioned the barrel cap doesn't fit, you're right but it's an easy fix. It would not come even close on my milwaukee m18 cordless. So I boiled some water, let it cool a bit soaked the cap for only like 3 minutes. Dried it, wd-40 on the inside, went right on. My hope is that once it cools and has been on the gun for a while it will have stretched a bit. Will know soon. Hope this helps.
