I've been a long time user of the original Coax Seal and this appears to be exactly the same only packaged in a plain white box. I wouldn't be surprised if this is just OEM and unbranded. For those that give this a negative review for being "gooey" and pliable obviously haven't used it before. It's not electrical tape, it's intended to be molded to your connections for a watertight seal. It's removable and reusable just like the name brand, although it will become stiff in the winter months so make sure your seals are complete.

I used this to seal my RG8X and LM400 cable connectors so that water doesn’t get into the cable. It was very easy to unroll and mold onto the cable ends, and it stays pliable so that you can remove it and reapply if needed. Highly recommended!

This stuff works great, and for a great price.. First time I've used anything like this, and it worked great. I replaced cables and connectors to our sat. dish, which had corroded over the years. Wrapped with this, we've been through some serious rainstorms with no problems. Easy to use, neat, just use the amount you need. I took it off one connection just to see how that would go and it was no problem, as neat coming off as going on. Update: Nov 7,2017 - Just bought more to use on other cabling outside (speakers, led lights), this stuff still works great, neat, and lasts.

This was nothing like the real name brand "Coax-Seal" product. It was way to easy to stretch it and it would break when pulling it off the tape backing. Just the weight of it would stretch the tape and it would break when winding it off the tape backing. Also it was way to sticky , it was stuck to the backing paper, so when you tried to pull it off the backing paper it would stretch and break in half. I would not recommend this product, if you are use to the Coax-Seal product.

Great product for sealing up coax connectors.

Seems like a good way to keep water out. I did super 33, coax sealant, and another layer of super 33.

Great for moisture proofing many types of connections.
