Not Worth It, Not Durable
I bought this as a backup light, but it's only barely adequate.Pros:*Has 3 modes - high, low, blink.Cons:*Not bright enough. The 3 LEDs are really weak. Just adequate as a "be seen" light, but I have a penlight that's brighter than this supposed "headlight." As such, only the "blink" mode is useful.*Not durable. It broke while I was installing it. I had to glue it back together.*Hard to Mount. The cam-lock mount doesn't lock. I had to tape it shut.*Takes an odd number of batteries. Which is annoying, as batteries are sold in packs of even numbers.Verdict: Overpriced and not worth it. You can get a much better light for only 5$-10$ more.

Now you see it, now you don't
Got this as a spare light. Has a couple of good features--two intensity modes, plus a flashing mode. The light was fairly cheap, although the price depends on the color of the housing.Cons:--The light is too dim to serve a useful guide-light purpose. It really is more of a safety feature so that others can see you.--AAA batteries make the unit lighter, but they are the reason for low intensity--The unit appeared fairly rugged until I inspected it closer--the optical assembly is attached with a cheap Philips screw and the battery assembly looks like a cheap Chinese-made toy.--The clip-on assembly is functional, but has a flimsy feel (again, like a Chinese toy)--The on-switch is a counter-intuitive clockwise (when looking at the light), so not the most convenient to use while moving.Overall, a good spare light or something to clip on the kids bike when they want to visit neighbors in the evening. Would not use it as a primary light or for day-to-day commuting. Certainly not a touring light.
