Twistz Bandz LOOSE DOUBLE Rainbow Loom [Advanced Users!]

Buyer Beware!I was forced to give it at least one star but it should be zero.After going round and round with the seller and Amazon customer service I've decided I have no other choice but to copy/paste an email I received from the seller. Amazon first told me to throw the item out and I would receive a full refund. A couple days later I was told I had to return the item to the seller for a refund. How do I return something Amazon told me to throw away? They refuse any more communication with me. Here is the email I received when I questioned "Why didn't this come in a box? Where are the instructions? Why didn't I receive any normally received paperwork that should have been enclosed? How do I know this is new?""this is no double loom, we created it by taking loom boards from original rainbow loom kits and put them together. It won't fit in the original loom package and we haven't got time to design a new package. I am happy for you if you can find rainbow loom kits that are cheaper than ours. Chances are my boss gonna fly to IL tonight and buy them all, because for the last 2 weeks the price of rainbow loom more than doubled in tri-state area. It sells at 24.99 on Toywiz.com, 26-30 on Amazon.com, and we are buying at 20 a piece from our suppliers. So I suggest you to buy 2 kits at Michael's, copy what we did and then send back the package. We will give you a full refund after receiving it and making sure it was not damaged.Thanks"This was going to be a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. All I received was a plastic thing in bubble wrap. It is back to the brick and mortar stores for me so I can see what I am getting for my money.

A piece of the clear plastic broke off after only 2 days, disappointed in the quality.

I ordered this for my daughter. We were a little skeptical because of a couple of reviews. Not to mention that we had purchased one from a local shop and it sucked. She couldn't be happier and loves this!!
