Yes, it does. I've taken all of the above as well. What's different about this product is that the energy is dispensed in 2 stages, is more steady, and lasts much longer. I've been going strong up to 3 hours (weights + a long stint of cardio). After I'm done, there no big crash. It has no artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors. A bonus is that it tastes fantastic. Q: When is the best time to take this supplement?

I work out in the morning on a fasted state so this hits me pretty fast... something like 10-20 mins. What I do is 10-15 minutes of steady-state cardio for a warmup as soon as I chug it all down, since I don't really need the "boost" during my warmup. By the time I'm done with the cardio, I start lifting and it's able to get me through my 1-1:30 hour workout. Whether I'm lifting heavy, or for volume, or doing a circuit, it really helps.
