This tool is effective at penetrating my crusty fungus on my scalp and allow the medicated shampoo to reach my scalp. It feels good, like when I scratch my head. You can control how deeply or lightly you penetrate into your scalp with your firm hand on the handle. The size of the handle is good for me and my hand is sized large but I prefer extra large gloves, for perspective. The massaging tool is a great size to massage one part of your head before moving on to the next part of your head. It is not too small or too big. Since this tool penetrates the crusty fungus to deliver the medicated shampoo to the scalp, I think that’s a very good value for the massaging tool for the money charged at this time ($10).

I've used all sorts of things to try and dislodge the scalp crusties from my scalp - mainly my fingernails (especially when my scalp gets itchy), or even my hairbrush. I'd REALLY dig in with my hairbrush, too, hoping it would make a bigger impact. All it did would break up the flakes and spread them around, not to mention hurt my scalp. When I first got this shampoo brush, I was intrigued. I put the spikes on my palm to see how it might feel. I was a bit nervous because, in my palm, it felt pretty sharp, despite the spikes being made silicone. Regardless, I paid for this and I was determined to give it a try. After lathering up my scalp, mustache, and beard, I started running the brush through my scalp, going in all sorts of directions and patterns. I was very pleasantly surprised that not only did the brush not hurt, but it actually felt GOOD. On top of that, agitating the scalp and shampoo made the shampoo that much more bubbly and lathery. I honestly instantly fell in love with this product and it's become a part of my showering routine. I've definitely noticed improvement with my itchy and flaky scalp already. I'd be very curious to see how this helps 1-2+ months down the road. If you're on the fence about this, I say take the plunge. For ~$10-$12USD, I don't mind skipping out on a few soft taco supremes for a healthier and better feeling scalp. Though, I mean...if you just love soft taco supremes, I wouldn't blame you if you held off on buying one of these for the time being. That sour cream is just too delicious to resist!

I feel like it gives you a good scalp massage. And even my cat likes it. Crazy thing I’ve tried all kinds of cat brushes to get the extra cat hair out. This thing even though it is not what it is for, really loosened up her undercoat and got a lot of extra cat hair off of her. So, I considered this a dual purpose scalp massager and cat deshedding tool. It’s super easy to hold and does a good job of massaging without ripping your skin. Just make sure if you are using in the shower to have shampoo in your hair in order for it to move smoothly.

The silicone are soft and feels nice. Very comfy to hold. Sturdy and good materials. Helps to foam the shampoo and massage the scalp. Washing is easy afterwards.

This scalp massager is unlike any I have ever used before. It fits into my hand perfectly and does a great job of exfoliating and massaging. I even use it on my face. Definitely recommend!
