I was disappointed with the performance, it takes a little longer to steam an item and uses most of the water tank which is extremely inefficient. The lock feature constantly switches off, the design of the switch is extremely poor. Generally not as good as other branded / cheaper alternatives therefore, I would not recommend

Worth paying a little extra as it works brilliantly (coming from someone who has tried three cheaper ones in the past). I used it everyday and it has replaced my iron. A full tank of water gets you two items of clothing steamed (but its very easy and quick to refill and warm up). It can start to feel quite heavy if steaming multiple items at once. It does spit out limescale when it builds up, so would highly recommend cleaning it out with some distilled water and vinegar every 6 - 8 weeks.

The item was listed as “Used – Very Good,” but it arrived very dirty and clearly not tested. When I tried to use it, it didn’t work properly and water leaked from the bottom. Very disappointing experience. Not worth the money.

Very pleased with this steamer. On the box it says the plate gets hot and it drys any damp spots you get with other steamers (which I have experienced). Since using this one, I have found that it works as it says and clothes are not left damp. I would advise getting a silver mitt as they really help drive creases out. I got this on a very good deal and am so glad I did. It heats up super quick too, no standing there tapping your fingers. Overall I have found this steamer far superior to others I have owned.
