The North Face Women's Recon Laptop Backpack 15" (Purple)

I’ve used Northface backpacks throughout my high school, undergrad, and graduate years. My first Recon backpack held up for 8 years, until I had to purchase a new one. I like this redesign because of the internal material to store your smaller belongings, especially the compartments that are lined with a softer fabric to prevent scratches to your electronic devices and glasses. This backpack holds a lot of stuff and provides good back support. The only downside is that the bottom of the backpack is curved instead of flat, which makes it easily top over a lot when I set mine on the ground. Not the worst thing ever, but can be a minor nuisance. I would still recommend this backpack to anyone!

I got this backpack for school and it works great. I was looking for something with back support and extra space for my laptop without feeling bulky and I definitely found it. It helps drag around all my textbooks and laptop with ease and it looks good too.

It is nice and big, with tons of different pockets, but it is very heavy, even without anything in it. I wanted to upgrade my everyday pack (been using an Eddie Bauer diaper bakcpack since 2013) byt this would not do. It would be like lugging a bunch of bricks. Plus the water, snack, extra clothes for my kids.

Great backpack, very durable. I use it for college and stuff it to the max with my stuff. Only drawback is it has a very rigid back (for protection of the laptop) but it makes it so that it cant stand on it's own without tipping over because of the fixed curved bottom. Also, I wish it was a bit more wide instead of tall. Besides those nit picky things it's a great backpack and a nice look/color.

Good backpack, could could use bigger pockets. Used primarily for school. I would buy it again and recommend it to a friend.
