Great tent!
I bought this tent for scout camp thinking a four season tent where we were going at the time of year was the best bet(the wind has destroyed tents in the past). Of course the weather was perfect. More important, I didn't get a chance to test setup so that I knew what I was doing. Tent took 10 minutes to setup. The tent is solidly built, there are instructions sewn into the bag. Its easy to set up, take down, fold up, and get back in the bag. The bag is also big enough to store the extra tent poles for the porch, and a mallet to drive the stakes, without having to resort to origami to make it fit. Also, not having a floor makes it really easy to clean when you get home. I am not ever going back to a dome tent. I got a ground cloth this year at the kids request, and I look forward to more adventures.

Surprised at the quality—better than expected.
This thing is sick! Well made, heavy duty, waterproof…. I can tell it’s going to be around for a long time. With standard height cots, you’ll be able to sleep two. If you sleep on the floor 3-4 is possible if you have limited gear. Highly recommend two low-pro cots for the best mix of comfort and room for gear—For two adults. With the OneTigris stove kit this tent kept us warm enough to not even need sleeping bags in 24*F temps. We experienced rain and snow, and remained dry and warm the entire time. Would 100% buy this tent again. Good quality zippers, great glow in the dark stakes, and sets up super fast with a single pole. Just realize it’s not going to fit three cots, nor will it be comfortable with four adults on the floor if you’re also using a stove. Bets used for 2, imho.

Very nice cold weather tent
I've been waiting for years for a tent like this to hit the market. After camping in the old Polish surplus lavvu tent for a few years, I was ready to upgrade to something more spacious. I knew that I wanted to stick with canvas, and the options out there are limited... and pricey. This tent from Onetigris fits my needs and my budget. For my first trip out I spent a week in Northern Pennsylvania, where the nighttime temps dropped into the forties. My stove kept me warm, and the tent kept me dry after a night of steady rain. Setup is simple, and my first impression of the components is that they are of good quality. I only wish that the entrance section of the tent had a snow skirt to seal out the cold. The plastic retaining toggle for the stove jack cover also melted from the heat of my chimney. I guess I'll have to find a metal one. Other than those details it has been a great tent.

Would buy again and again
This setup very easy and accommodates the danchel outdoors ta1 perfectly. I wouldn’t go any bigger for stoves, this is as PLENTY warm for the size of the northgaze. Very happy with color and feel of the canvas. Water beads right off.

Reliable and amazing
Amazing tent. Just got back from Rocky Mountain National park in windy and freezing temperatures with no issues with this. The tent was only staked down around the parameter. This thing will be my new go to car camping tent. I’ll be reinforcing the top with Kevlar or something. I can see the pole shooting through it with enough weight or strain.

Well made tent
I spent 2 days of heavy rain and wind in the tent. I have a small wood burning stove that kept the tent pretty warm. I wish it was bigger for more room. It is really a 1 man size tent with a stove. The stakes are cheap and bend easily that can be fixed. The lack of a snow flap at the doors lets in wind and rain. All said it is a good hot tent.

Very good material and strong, heavy duty tent.
My friends went through the coldest days in 20 years (-8) and this was before they got the stove. It’s very roomy. A very good cold weather/wind resistant tent. It’s heavy for backpacking. But it has to be. Warm weather tents won’t get you through really bad weather but this one will.

Smaller than anticipated
for starters, this thing took me over an hour to set up for the first time because it doesn’t go up as quickly as you might think. That said, I’m convinced I can get it up in 15 minutes or less with more practice. The positioning cord certainly helps but getting a perfectly round circle is next to impossible on your first try especially by yourself. my main complaint is the size. Every video and photo I saw made this seem much bigger than it is in real life. Sleeping two people in this tent with the stove would be very uncomfortable. sitting more than two people without the stove, would be next to impossible in my opinion I was hoping this would be bigger. On the plus side, the materials are extremely high-quality and very durable. This tent gets hot! Despite its drawbacks, I will be keeping it and look forward to using it in cold weather camping conditions.

Used this a lot since purchasing last year. You will need to order the additional poles for using the open awning, which is brilliant. Really well made tent, buy the stoves and chairs as well. All their stuff I have bought and used, fifty plus nights in this since last year, it really good and mad value for money, no leeks…important to mention, and very easy to put up and take down, packs up pretty small. Ideal for one person with kit, bit of a squeeze for two, especially if the tent is ‘closed’ . Really too big for back packing but ideal for open canoe or vehicle. Ideal for fixed camp for a number of days, but quick and easy enough to put up for one nighters, good zips, good ventilation. Stove is awesome by the way.

I have to admit my expectations weren’t very high - the price and description of the tent made me suspect it wasn’t going to be that great. But I was wrong. It’s comfortable, fairly easy to set up (despite the minimalistic instructions) and extremely waterproof. I know this because it rained almost continuously the first weekend I took it out! The quality of the canvas is very good - it not only repels water easily but is surprisingly insulating as well. All the seams are properly finished and sealed, reinforced where necessary and the structural components are carefully thought out. A lot of care and thought has gone into the details. Even the seams on the inside of the carrying bag are properly finished! At 6’2” (188 cm), I can just stand up straight in the centre without my head hitting the roof. The doors (there are two on the same side) are tall and wide enough to pass through without having to crouch at all, and - a first ever with tents I have owned - the zippers do not stick whether opened from inside or out! This tent is excellent quality for the money, and I think it would be hard to find a better one even at a much higher price.

I love how quick and easy this tent goes up. The manufacturer OneTigris is well known so I felt I could trust them over some lesser known companies, and I was right. For example, the flap that covers the stove jack when not in use, some manufacturers roll it up above the stove chimney where gravity or wind can cause it to get too close to the pipe. On this model it rolls down under the chimney. Small insight that I don't understand why others don't do. Each door has 2 zippers making it easier to get in and out. Getting the door closed all the way to the floor is easiest standing outside. Having a second zipper allows you to unzip from the top 3/4 of the way down, step in through the opening and then zip back up. To zip it all the way to the ground from the inside you would have to get on your knees or lie down to reach. Not fun if it is wet out. So thank you for the 2 zippers! The molle loops on the bottom of the door flaps are very useful when you open it up to create the overhang out front. It is the perfect place to hang your lantern or I hang my thermacell to keep the bugs away. Great quality through out the teepee. Glad I "upgraded" to the cloth version as well. It keeps the heat in longer, and blocks the sun out better.

Lovely hot tent. Light for its size. Only have tried it once on a very windy coast 40+mph winds. I have learnt to peg it tight to the ground to prevent wind ingress and heat loss. The flaps are also good to augment with rocks when it gets really hairy. Dry and cosy inside nonetheless. Space for two beds and stove plus sitting area. Good for two folk and a stove.
