George Carlin - Jammin' in New York

4:3 trying to play in 16:9 makes it stretched on all my screens.George is my favorite comedian and this will always be one of his best, especially in his later years. It's from 2006, and the political humor is still relevant today.

Loved his pre-political/bitterness stuff he used to do. Used to be very unique. Now just more of the same preaching, disguised as comedy, everyone else is doing. If you're looking for some relief from being preached to by one political side or the other, George isn't your guy anymore. Bummed! Used to love his stuff.

The funniest, most insightful comedian I've ever seen. We could sure use his political and everyday situation comedy now!!

Great comedy and introspection by George Carlin...the master and one of a kind. I miss him. He is so spot on about a lot of issues.

First special I see from Carlin. Had received a lot of recommendations to watch but after watching this special I'm not so impressed. He seems very smart and it was an entertaining show but did not make me laugh.

I love this and it address's many of the problems we face today.If we cannot laugh at ourselves then who can we laugh at!America needs to lose this butt hurt attitude!

Love Carlin! He's got some interesting views. You don't have to agree with him to enjoy his act.

Another perfect work by George Carlin. Mr. Carlin has this rare ability to make me laugh and think. " I got thisthing I do. It's called thinking." Mr. Carlin made this country a better place to live. Why ? Because he madeus laugh. We need to laugh. Laughter is good for ya. He also makes ya think. Something people sometimes find ithard to do. If I had my way every American, especially the Americans who choose to go into politics would have tolistened hard to George Calin. Mr. Carlin, where ever you are, thank you.

I'm shocked how few George Carlin DVDs in region 2 are available here. The man is the master! Hillarious and quite acid humor about everything from the little things in life to politics and diseases. A must see! And don't be afraid to delve in to his earlier work, it's all just as funny and relevant.
