Works well
We live in an old part of the town and the property in front of our house where we park is actually our property. We were tired of people parking there that were going to the house all the way down the block as we have more cars than our driveway can hold. We installed this in front of our house to put up when we leave for short periods of time so that our parking space will be here when we get back. It worked! Easy to use and put up and down and lock in place. Super happy that this has worked as we expected. Would recommend. Make sure where you put it you can secure it in place, otherwise they can just move it.

Didn't last, weak product
The bariers didn't last at all. After 2 months, the bariers couldn't resist the weight of the cars when passing over it (when down). The material is too weak.

Do you have univited persons taking your parking space?
It works great!, Easy to use and install. It doesn't look bulky. If anything it looks small on rhe parking space but it does the job.
