I really like this product. I mix it with BCAA's and consume during workout.It tastes good, it dissolves pretty well, and it has good effects. Definitely aids endurance.

Glycofuse is the perfect intra-workout carb. Mixes pretty well within about 20 minutes, though I usually mix mine in the morning before work so it can sit all day. Strawberry Kiwi is ok, pretty fake tasting. I'd like to try the lemon ice next I think.

it's too sweet for me. i mean very sweet. As far as dissolving to drink prior to a ride, it won't dissolve. i've burped up the powder an hour after drinking it and it wasn't pretty.

I am usually not a fanatic of many products but WOW this product is nothing short of magic. This product nourishes your body so well that once you are done with your routine work out you will have much more energy left that you will start making things up just to keep going. Keep in mind my workouts were pretty intense to begin with. All the energy you get is natural through your body processing the carbs so their is no jitters, crashing or worrying about sugar intake for your waist line or caffeine for your health. Since taking this product for a month now i feel MUCH better when i go for runs and do circuit training. If you stack this with AminoLast you'll be able to break through walls. The ultimate fueling product!

I have been using this product for about 3 years and i have been consistently using it for my strength training and cardio days.. it gives me that extra push to finish strong. BUT idk what happened to this current purchase I made... the powder is a different color from the original that I’m used to purchasing and once I dilute it with water the flavor is not the same it has a chalky taste and it doesn’t dilute completely.. I’m so very disappointed. I want the original formula back and my money.

Works Greatl. I do lift/hit,hit, hit off . Does the Job as intended -if you research the exact uses and how to supplement correctly than you will love this product. If you don't know how it works than probably not.

I bought this 2 months ago and I love it. I'm using it for pre workout with c4 and as an intra workout. I noticed that I can add more reps and and last longer in the gym. I'm also trying to gain some mass and it seems to be working:) also taking protien (pro complex gainer) the taste is great too (strawberry kiwi). Overall a good product. Will buy again
