Replacing the HF gun

Definitely worth the money!!!!
Bought a harbour freight sand blasting cabinet. The supplied gun worked but wasn't good. Was always clogging and all. With this skat gun my hand kept getting falling asleep. It was non stop blasting. No issues clogging at all. Yes gun was expensive but well worth the money! Highly recommended!!!

Takes frustration out of blasting
The media could not be loaded. Had a HF cabinet for over 8 years and been frustrating to blast anything, finally got tired of banging on the cabinet and blowing back the gun from constant clogging every 5 seconds, now this is expensive gun but will save you time and frustration in long run, used to take me close to an hour to strip some paint or rust, after the metering valve and S35m Skat blast gun I can strip the same part under five minutes and it’s just consistent media flow the whole time not to mention I only need 3qt of blast media and not entire 40lb bag. Now if you are like me and been doing things the hard way I would like to come out and endorse this upgrade, well worth the money.

Great upgrade for blast cabinet
I have a HF medium size blast cabinet and have done all of the youtube mods prior to this . However I held off on getting this gun (big mistake). This is a HUGE improvement over the stock gun. Bead blasting time is 2-3x faster and fewer jams. Highly recommended.

It works great
I used it to clean rusty parts.Bought a harbor freight blasting cabinet and did all the modifications that I could find on line and would not work. Bought this gun and it works great!

Turned a cheap cabinet into a beast!
Like many, I started with the cheap freestanding cabinet from HF. I was having problems, so I modified the pickup tube as seen on YouTube, and it still wasn’t working as it should.I bought this based on reviews, and I’m really happy that I did! This one part completely changed the cabinet and I couldn’t be happier! It has cut the blasting time in 1/4!For reference, I am using a 60 gallon compressor at 11.5 CFM and am using the medium nozzled gun. The compressor dropped from 150PSI to 100 in about 10 minutes, so at that point I take a break and let it fill up and cool down.

Very well made
Definitely a step up from the gun that was in the harbor freight blast cabinet after many modifications on the cabinet itself and installing this. It's an amazing blast cabinet now. I would highly recommend this gun
