I use it every morning. When taken apart and carried in a bag it call no attention. The joint feels strong and well machined letting the hand slide over easily. After a few days it did begin to wobble a bit but a tube of Krazy Glue squirted inside fixed that. Since then I had no problem. My only wish is that the staff was made from heavier wood.

I bought this for stick yoga. Beautiful piece of wood, perfect at six feet. Others have written about the wood wobbling against the aluminum joint. Mine doesn't at this point, and probably won't with the use I make of it, but if it does, I will just soak the joints in flax seed oil. I'm guessing that it should reseal once it has a chance to dry.

Just got my staff in. Looks good. Just one small issue. There is a gap at the end of one of the aluminum pieces so even when tightened one side is loose and you can feel it when you strike or move the staff. It wiggles due to having the gap. I am not sure I will be able to fix it unfortunately. The threaded pieces go together nice and tight, but the gap between the wood and the aluminum piece make it loose.*Update - replacement staff arrived. Also loose, but not as bad. Will keep and maybe just use as two sticks instead of a staff. Have to say that I cannot recommend this product based on the two that I received. The manufacturer listed on the box is Wraith. The second one arrived in a box that was obviously returned by someone else. It was taped over in a very sloppy fashion so not factory sealed. I think in the end, one solid staff is better than two halves screwed together.

Came well packaged no defects feels good in the hands. Nice solid staff that is portable and storable. As a beginner could not ask for more!

Just received the staff and I already love it! Incredibly strong wood and it’s easily attach and detachable! Thank you Wraith Martial arts! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to bring out their inner warrior and start their training! Can’t wait to see what other products you come out with!

Aluminum joints not press fit tightly and creates slight wobble when using it after 1x use. Also, when screwing together it grinds some from not being a smooth and final finish.The wood is a quality product but the joint construction needs to be reevaluated and fixed. Shouldn't have passed quality inspection, if there is a process used.
