It does work for Ps4 as well, it has a slider by which you choose the platform you'll play at. It has Ps4, Ps5 and PC. If not choosen correctly it wont respond.

Not that I am aware of. It is a PlayStation product and therefore is designed for the PS5/4 and PC.
