This tool is AMAZING! Way easier than any other method to chamfer PVC pipe!
The Power version with the drill attachment is PDEB1-2IPS. This is the regular hand turn DEB1-2IPS version, but it's very easy to turn. Think of it like a giant pencil sharpener — it only takes 1-2 turns to cleanly chamfer the whole edge. (If your cut isn't square the chamfer will be uneven, so make sure your saw is square!) I also have the drill powered universal cone chamfer tool (PDEB250), but that left a ragged chamfer and actually took longer than spinning this around twice, so now I just use the drill/cone tool for roughly deburring the inside.Regarding the drill adapter, while going back and forth between the saw, this tool, and cementing each pipe I had no ergonomic issues with turning it by hand every minute or so. If you need to chamfer many pieces of full length pipe for quick install, then I could see why you might prefer the drill powered version to save your wrist. Just keep in mind, it's easier and faster to turn this once by hand than to insert or remove it from a drill chuck, so if you are using one drill for multiple tools you would probably end up using it by hand anyway. (In which case you wouldn't want the drill adapter sticking out the end!)

Turns easily and makes a nice clean chamfer
I love this tool. Works exactly as advertised. Makes a nice neat chamfer. If only they made one for 3 and 4 inch.If you're the kind of plumber that likes to use a reciprocating saw to make all your cuts this may not be the tool for you unless you're really good at making perfect square cuts with a Sawzall. I use a miter saw for most of my cuts so this tool is perfect for me.

does not worth the money
Does not deburr like the DEB4 model, and does not come with a drill attachment. Manual use is almost impossible

so quick and easy to use, no need for drill attachment. Schedule 80 fits a little tight in this.

Mine came with the 3/8” adapter hole. Doesn’t cut the biggest chamfer, but it works well enough

Works perfectly!
Works well...only deburs outside of pipe. But does what it's supposed to do. There is another tool that does up to 4 inch but double the price of this one
