What is the drop from heel to toe?

Hardly any drop at all. Almost flat.

Anyone deal with these shoes being extremely squeaky after a while? I've tried powder and even silicone spray, any suggestions?

Talcum powder helps with the squeaking maybe for a few days at a time but it doesn't get rid of it. My Profi Birkis started making noise after about 14 months of use and having washed the insoles several times. I had to purchase new Birkenstock cork insoles (They fit both the profi and super birki) to get them to stop. The original polyurethane insoles were pretty worn out. I purchased the insoles for $33 locally, but they are available on Ebay shipped from Germany for around $23 total.

Does the sole flex or is it rigid? Also, the descriptions of the shoe conflict: one says synthetic; the other says "Cork, leather." Which is it?

The shoe and sole is rigid. The professional kitchen slip resistant shoe is synthetic . You can purchase a leather, cork insert or use the synthetic one that comes with the shoe. The synthetic insert is washable along with shoe.

I find toe bars in clogs help keep them on/enables a faster gait/delivers comfort support to toes/balls of feet and arches. Do they have toe bars?

No they do not have toe bars, the insoles are either a poly type or traditional birki cork they both mold to your feet after a few days. These are by far the best clogs, I'm a Chef and spend 8-14 hours a day on my feet and I wouldn't trade my birki clogs for anything
