Easy to use! Tried it on day 1 of receiving and now a week later I'm starting to see small progress.

I only had this product 6 days and I have used it a few times. I unplug it after every use. It is telling me now I only have 165 more zaps.

Haven’t seen extreme results on my legs and face, but some areas are defenitly working, I’m a black trans woman with a lighter brown skin tone (photo of my skin tone attached), and I know these devices aren’t as effective because they tend to work better on paler skin with darker, thinner hair.

I've been using this for a few weeks now. I don't notice much of a difference 😕 I really wanted this to work well. I will keep using it in hopes it eventually works.

This laser hair remover seems to be a great quality product. :)It's clearly well made & feels sturdy without being bulky or heavy. It's easy to use & seems to work as described. I've definitely seen a reduction in unwanted hair growth but it's not completely gone yet. I'm hopeful that with more treatments I'll achieve the permanent results I'm looking for, but since that hasn't happened yet, I can only give 4 stars.I'd still definitely recommend though. :)

So I've been using this at least twice a week for over a month and I'm not sure if I'm seeing any benefit. I used it in an area that definitely fits the "criteria" -- light skin with dark hairs -- but after all that use, I'm still seeing hair growth. I still gave this three stars because I'm not seeing as much new hairs as I think there were before BUT I'm wondering how long I'd have to use this to completely eliminate the growth or if that's even possible.It is very easy to use and it does not hurt. (It feels a little hot here and there but nothing I would classify as painful.) The instructions are fairly easy to follow and it comes with everything you need.I will continue to use this and definitely update my review if I see some real change. If you're on the fence about purchasing, I'd say give it a shot--it's still way cheaper than having it done professionally.

I grabbed this, for my wife and daughter to use. During the summer months, they both tend to hate the fact that they're constantly shaving to keep their hair growth down, and both have looked into laser hair removal in the past.However, the one thing this device could stand to do, is explain that if someone has fair skin, and lighter colored hair... it doesn't work that well.They've both tried it, over the last week, and their successes have been limited, but it hasn't stopped them from testing it out, ON ME.Due to my hair color, the device seems to be working just fine on me, but the sections they've used it, on themselves, have already started growing hair back. The fact that it IS working on me, has gotten them researching why it works fine for one of us, but not the other two.As it turns out, apparently the lighter hair color issue, is a very well documented thing, but for some reason was omitted from this item's description. The fact that note was omitted, does reduce the review of this device, by one star.That said, the item DOES seem to work (as is readily apparent with a patch they tested shaving, and then shaving+IPL on my arm. Because of that, and the fact that APPARENTLY, IPL can at least help SOME with fairer colored hair, in the long term, they will continue to attempt to use the device for awhile, if their long term tests produce different results, then I will update this review, adding 1 star back to it.So long as you're the right candidate for this, then the unit should work well. (I don't know long-term it will be, just yet) BUT, do take the time to research IPL, before you automatically assume it will work for you.
