This is much more comfortable to wear than it looks. It fit easily and didn't pull my hair like crazy like I expected it to.I can't say that it stopped my snoring (my husband works nights right now) but I can say that I did wake up this morning more rested, so I at least slept better. Once the husband is back to sleeping when I do, we will see if it stops the snoring altogether.

The theory here sounds solid, but in reality this is not a solution for snoring.The main issue is that the amount of tension required to hold a human jaw against the skull without moving is quite a bit of force.The strap would be so tight that there is no way that you could sleep and the pressure would feel like your skull was being crushed.The strap is not comfortable at all, and gets sweaty and is just unpleasant generally speaking.The jaw will still be a little bit loose and that is enough for the snoring to return.You have to keep waking up over and over to tighten and adjust the strap, and interrupts sleep.

Horrible chemical odor cannot possibly be healthy to inhale. I hung it outside overnight thinking fresh air might take away the odor but it didn't. I wish I'd read the poor reviews prior to ordering this. DO NOT BUY THIS! I believe it is truly toxic.

First of all, it's designed for someone with a head the size of a large pumpkin. Once you do get it sort of fitted on, it compresses your throat to the point that it cuts off all air flow through your entire airway. Since it also keeps your mouth shut, breathing becomes impossible. It also does not stay on properly the entire night. It easily slides off of your head when you adjust your sleeping positions and has to be either put back on or like I did, thrown across the room in disgust.

So the snore strap fits my head but doesn’t necessarily fit my husband. He just can’t get it to fit comfortably. 4 Stars because it fits me well and works great for me, but doesn’t fit his head.

My husband and I were so disappointed in this product. It held his jaw shut as it was supposed to, but then had him making a sound almost like he was gargling. He woke up coughing and choking in the middle of the night that scared us both so badly we immediately returned it. He was choking because couldnt get his mouth open from the product (which does show however, that it really does keep your mouth closed). It did not stop his snoring or make it any quieter in our case either. We will keep trying other avenues.

Did NOT work! My husband even complained that he had a hard time breathing with this on. I was so hopeful, and then disappointed when it didn't. The only thing that has worked for him are the mouthpieces that you mold to your mouth, but unfortunately they are very expensive. And don't last more that 4-6 months!

This did not work for me or my sister. Perhaps it might work for certain kinds of snoring but not for nasal snoring. It is comfortable but can be hot when worn all night. Overall, not sure if it really works or not so its just alright but it might work really well for others.
