The Hair dryer doesn't turn on. The first left side light keeps on blinking. I could not any thing from the instructions to troubleshoot the hair dryer.

This is by far the best blow dryer I've ever owned. I have thick hair that just gets poofy and terrible looking when blow dried.This blow dryer not only dries my hair in record time, it looks and feels great when I'm done. It's a little pricey, but with the cost of all other dryers I've ever owned ,I should have just gotten this to start. I can't say anymore wonderful things. Don't think twice, buy it , you wont regret it

Review is long overdue. I bought this dryer in Dec 2023 after dropping and breaking my beloved Babyliss Pro and I've really been enjoying it. My medium length (at my shoulder blades) straight hair is problematic in that it's baby fine but dense, tangles in an instant, frizzes if you look at it funny and refuses to hold a style or retain volume for more than 10 min but this dryer can handle it all. It takes less than 5 min to fully dry my wet, not damp, hair; the concentrator attachment tames frizz and prevent knots; the brush attachment allows me to create volume and temp settings set the style. My hair is sleek and shiny with volume at the roots for much longer than my previous dryer. Some reviews have said it's too heavy and/or too loud but it's a similar weight to my previous pro ceramic type dryer and while a little louder than expected, it's nothing major. My only issues were that it's bigger than my other dryer, with a much longer handle, so it took a few uses to get comfortable with it (my hands are small) and it doesn't come with a storage box or bag so I had to find one large enough for the dryer and attachments. Those minor issues aside, I still give this dryer 5 stars and highly recommend it. Those used to a pro dryer will enjoy it and anyone using a traditional Conair or Revlon type will be blown away by the difference...sorry for the pun!
