Very tasty BBQ rub indeed, this one is great on chicken & pork (but works on everything else)
This "Myron Mixon BBQ Rub (Honey Money Cluck, 12oz)" is a great BBQ rub, it definitely elevate whatever you are trying to do. This particular has a bit of sweetness to it (honey), and it works great on poultry and pork; yet, I had use it on smoking fish (salmon), and even on beef (tri-tip), and the result is fantastic too. Made in USA, MSG-free, mostly read-able, and respectable ingredients. And this is seemingly blended by a BBQ master, Myron Mixon, a 5-times world barbecue champion. So, he probably deserved some credits for being the top of his game. Overall, I liked this rub, I liked the result, for the quality and the flavor, this would have been 5-stars; the only thing I have against it is its value. My other favorite BBQ rub products, by Meat Church, is similar in quality (and generate similar results), and packaged in the same size, while it is 20-30% cheaper. Made Thanksgiving dinner great.
Used this on our smoked Thanksgiving turkey. Turned out great. Gave it some of the best flavor we have had on a turkey.
