This was a Christmas gift for my husband. He can't get enough of this thing. So easy to cook anything and everything on it. From eggs, to veggies, pancakes, chicken, etc. Granted you must do your research on how to care for a Blackstone but, my husband baby's this thing. It should hopefully last forever. It was easy to build, it's easy to move; doesn't take rocket science to use this. Highly recommend 👌🏽

Great awesome griddle

This is the most fantastic outdoor cooking appliance EVER! Once you Griddle you won't ever use your Grill again. Seriously, this griddle has practically replaced cooking in my kitchen. Watch some YouTube videos and order one for Christmas, birthdays, etc. You won't be disappointed. The flavor of food off the griddle is outstanding!!!

I've only used it a few times, but I love not running the risk of burning food. I used to cook on a flat top for many years and got away from it. The Blackstone 36" is the EASIEST thing ever to set up! Cooks well. Just follow the initial prep instructions. Once you get addicted to it, it's like Jeep, John Deere or Harley Davidson...........there are tons of newer models with more features and a BUNCH of gadgets. Does anyone want to buy me the Blackstone pizza oven?

I really enjoy how much this griddle has opened up my cooking world. I was able to cook an entire loaf of thick cut bread/French toast in less than 5 minutes allowing me to enjoy the meal with my family.

Love it, perfect size to cook alot at one time. easy to put together and use
