I bought these to go inside DrMarten Mary Jane shoes and they made them a lot more comfortable / well fitting.

Fit well and comfy but the thickness (which isn't too much) makes my shoes feel tighter on the top of my feet. Luckily my shoes are flexi ones so the elastic strap across the top of my foot just stretches a teeny bit further. Not sure this would work for rigid top shoes though. But afforable enough to experiment with.

I have some very nice walking boots that sadly have kind of got compressed in the inner sole, so much that they are no longer comfortable. I like the boots so didn't want to get rid of the and decided to try these insoles. First, they're a perfect fit. The size 10 fit my size 10 boots without any need to trim. I can't believe how much more comfortable my boots are again. It's a very nice, cushioned feeling without being ridiculously thick and spongy. I even found my stride (as a 61 year old with some knee issues it's normally a bit weird) was pretty "normal". I would guess that's because some of the pressue is taken off my feet and therefore knee joint. Whatever the reason, it's a pleasure again to walk in those boots so I'll definitely get these insoles again when I need them in the future. They're not too thick, which I prefer, because that way there's no undue pressure on my arch from the top of the boot. Some other insoles I've used in the past have been thick enough to cause pressure, which is uncomfortable. And for the price, I'd say these were very good value.

These are quite thick, so not good if your shoes/ boots are snug, but being thick they are warm and comfortable. Only lasted about 4 months in my walking boots, that i wear for dog walking - so maybe 2 hours a day. They started to wear through in the heel and slightly in the toes.

Excellent! I have very sensitive soles and as well as being a perfect fit they work just as they should. Walking is a pleasure.

Very comfortable, softer than they first appear. I now have them in three pairs of shoes and they make walking a more pleasant experience. I love them and heartily recommend them

The inner sole of my favourite books had totally worn away, and they became very uncomfortable to walk in, so I wanted some really comfy soles to give them a bit of an upgrade! These are definitely soft and spongey to walk in! The only gripe I have, is a bit of a catch 22 - on the one hand, it's good they are thick and spongey as that makes them comfortable, but on the other hand when worn in boots, there is effectively less room for your foot as it is being compressed too tight from the top and bottom, which did cause me some pain after a lot of walking. For looser fitting shoes or if being warn for short amounts of time they are probably going to be great, but for long hours with tight shoes, the reduction in space inside the shoe is something that is helpful to be prepared for.
